The Deaf Short Film Festival is still going ahead after the devasating Christchurch Earthquake. Because of the damage, the venue we had originally booked for the Film Festival cannot be used, so we have shifted to Addington Conference Centre.
The Film Workshop, and the Biennial General Meeting (BGM) will be held on Friday morning, 6th May from 9:30am - 2pm at the Blind Foundation, 96 Bristol Street, St Albans.
Signmark will be performing at the Silk Lounge at Addington from 7pm. Tickets cost $30 for youth (0-17) and $50 for adults (18+). Door sales $60.
Saturday 7th May from 11am there will be an opportunity to watch the Short Films in the Film Festival at Hoyts 6, Riccarton Westfield Mall. Ticket costs are free for children from 0-5 years of age, $10 for 6-17 year olds and $15 for adults over 18. There will be an opportunity for you to make your vote for the Audience's Choice award.
